First Grade Skills Checklist for Families

Owl with Ruler Clip Art - Owl with ...

First Grade,

I put this little checklist together to hopefully give you a closer look at the skills first graders are expected to achieve by the end of first grade and how you can help at home.  I hope this helps to clarify what your sweet kiddo is expected to be able to do by the end of the year.

School is a marathon, not a sprint.  Students grow at their own pace.  It is not a race.  We will support each child as needed through this learning journey.

 Kindly,

Mrs. B
